By using CutPixel ("Service"), you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Use of the service

CutPixel provides AI-powered background removal for images. You may use the service for personal and commercial purposes subject to the plan you subscribe to.

• You must not upload illegal, harmful, or abusive content
• You must not attempt to reverse engineer or abuse the service
• You must not resell the service without a white-label agreement
• You are responsible for all content you upload

2. Your content

You retain full ownership of images you upload. By uploading, you grant us a temporary license solely to process your images. Images are deleted within 1 hour. We never claim ownership of your content.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use CutPixel to process images that are illegal, infringe on intellectual property rights, or depict harmful content. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Subscriptions and billing

• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance
• You may cancel at any time — access continues until end of billing period
• Refunds are available within 7 days of initial purchase if you are unsatisfied
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Free plan limits

The free plan allows up to 10 images per month at preview resolution. We reserve the right to modify free plan limits with reasonable notice.

6. Service availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for losses caused by service downtime.

7. Limitation of liability

CutPixel is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

8. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you by email for material changes. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
